Continental Divide is subject to the general jurisdiction of the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (PRC). As such, the co-op is required to implement rules and procedures governing the supplying and receiving of electric service under the terms and conditions of our Bylaws, Rate Schedules, policies and other provisions and within the rights and responsibilities of our Members.
